This hotel is in need for a complete update. The light is not turned on at night which made it hard to find when ask about it ws told "THATS THE WAY THE OWNERS WANT IT".I will never stay again, the carpet was filthy, the sink looked like it had never been cleaned, the lid on the toilet stool was not even there and the bath room was so small it was needed to lay items on.I had to sleep with my socks on because I didn't want to get up in the night and walk on the dirty floor. The sheet and towels were thin as paper. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only plus ws the nice young lady at the desk, she needs to move on to a nicer hotel.

We enjoyed our stay although the place is a little outdated. Staff was friendly and the people selling tickets were very helpful. We would stay here again.

My husband and I recently bought our 14 year old niece and 5 of her girlfriends into Boston for the weekend and we stayed in a suite at the colonnade hotel. It was just perfect. We started the weekend with breakfast for 12 in the main dining room and we had a round table which was perfect. Everyone loved their pancakes, waffles, eggs and fresh baked bread. Later that night we all enjoyed room service. The girls loved it, chicken tenders, club sandwich, burgers, pizza and you name it we had it! The service was prompt and everything arrived hot and couldn't have been better! It was a weekend that the girls will forever remember and we have received many words of thanks. It was the friendly staff, the food and the accommodations that helped to make it a memorable weekend and everyone would love to do it again this weekend! Well, maybe next weekend!

Nice accommodations. Staff were nice, in general, but went a little heavy about time share talk. Some of us just want a vacation without the high pressure talk of pushing "meetings" and dinners and such It can put a damper on a trip.
