We love this hotel. Such clean rooms and comfy beds and comfy pillows (I love pillows). The Staff Re very kind and generous. The kitchen staff is also great and loves to chit chat with everyone. I have nothing bad to say about our stay. We will be seeing you soon.

Excellent customer service by the hotel staff, and the accommodations were excellent as well. The hotel was recently renovated, and overall it is a nice clean hotel..The pillows and bedding were very comfortable and in great shape. I stayed just short of two weeks at the hotel. The staff made me feel at home, were very polite and accommodating.

Just to mention a few key points:
1.There was always fresh hot coffee.
2. Wake up calls were always delivered on time.
3. Breakfast was always fresh and ready, the kitchen Chef, cared about the product being served.
4. During snow days, staff met customers outside to clean the snow/ice off windshields.

Five stars! And great value.

I had to stay here for work recently. I always stay at a Hilton property and chose this hotel because it was very near where I had to be for a business meeting. First of all, I was put in the first room on the first floor, nearest to the desk. I asked to be moved to another room, but they said there were no other rooms available. I could hear noise from the lobby. The room was okay, clean, bed comfortable. The only other complaint was that they didn't have cream for coffee that was not flavored. I asked, and they said that I could use the milk for cereal, but they only had hazelnut and French vanilla cream. I don't put that stuff in my coffee- I just wanted cream! I went to Starbucks instead. I probably would stay here, if I had to again.

We needed something between Memphis (for college graduation) and Hernando (family lives there) Everything was perfect from the clerk calling me to double check my reservations to the cleanliness of the room to the hotel staff being helpful at all times. The breakfast staff were friendly and the housekeeping staff wonderful! I had been worried after seeing some of the previous reviews but once I arrived, those concerns quickly disappeared.
