Well served Great food nice rooms comfy atmosphere cozy

Good hotel but difficult to find. Online directions are not very good and street signs are at a minimum here. Sleeping accomodations were good but I recomment not turning the heat on in the rooms prior to arrival. Front desk staff were pleasant, but cleaning people should not wake customers up at 8am to find out if there rooms should be cleaned as many of us arrived after midnight. This could be handled at check in.

We were there for a soccer tournament so we had many rooms. They put us all together on one floor and we were able to get a private dinning room to have a group dinner.
It was nicely decorated for Christmas. The service was also great.

It is not often that I take the time to write reviews so take that into consideration as to the magnitude of my disappointment. These rooms are so dirty. There is hair EVERYWHERE in the bathroom. All in the tub, around the sink, on the top of the toilet and even sticking to the wall. I am not a "diva" by any means but I am totally disgusted by the uncleanliness of these rooms. Additionally, the place is virtually impossible to find due to poor signage. Plus it was difficult to even figure out where to go to check in (again - poor signage and lighting). Interior directional signage is poor, at best. The decor is out-of-date and the t.v. is a little tiny box-television set. The staff that I have dealt with have been friendly and courteous. But, that can't even begin to make up for the dirty rooms. Yuck. I will never stay here again.
