I have been in this Super 8 for over one month. Its under new ownership. I cannot speak for the old owners, but the new owners have worked very hard on the property. Everything is clean, the pool is great and the staff is alway there to help.
I have enjoyed my stay here. Thanks goes out to the staff and management of Super 8 in Olive Branch.

I have stayed in many hotels and this, by far, was the worst experience ever. The pool smelled like fish and the bath tub did not work correctly. When contacting the front desk about the pool issue, he basically called my a liar and said it smelled like chemicals. What kind of chemicals were they using? I wanted a refund and he refused to listen to me or call the manager at home. I do not recommend this hotel. We had a better stay at the Motel 6!!!

We had our wedding at Olive Branch Country Club in May. Booked 3 rooms at this location for out of town guests,2 upstairs rooms unbearably hot, downstairs handicapped room bathroom was very unsafe due to flooding from the ramp from shower. When extra towels were asked for (they only allowed 2 very thin towels per room. and one was needed to put on floor to prevent falling) we were informed that was proof that more people were staying in the room. which was not true, but to the sum of $13.60 extra per day for one room. The pool was broken, (no reduction in price for that, but charges for towels, their excuse being they were limited on linen) Bathroom and shower curtain covered in black mold.When I tried to reason with the manager that there were no additional people staying in the rooms, he threatened to put my guests out in the street. I would not recommend this hotel .
