Front desk staff were very personalble and helpful upon check in. Arrived very late, but they were quite pleasant. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, hotel quiet. Good nights sleep, did not take the time to have breakfast, just grabbed some coffee and continued on our road trip. I would stop here again, if in the area.

We have always had good beds at Hamptons. We had a king size bed and the pillow top was deflated, the pillows were thin and hard, plus the comforter was just big lumps. All needed to be replaced.
They had their good, the place was clean, the girls at the front desk and breakfast area were very friendly and polite. The room was clean and roomy and they had a good breakfast bar. But I stayed for a good nights rest, which I didnt get.
It was just the bed, pillows and comforter, I would have been better off sleeping in my car. I did lay on the couch in the room for awhile to get some sleep.
There was no reason to complain to the young person working at the desk, they arent the manager. Plus why ask to change rooms, all the beds had to be that bad. Why even have one bed, pillow and comforter that poor of quality in any of the rooms if they all arent the same.
I have always stayed at Hiltons and Hamptons and was always happy, if this had been my first stay at a Hampton, I would have never stayed at one again.

This hotel is clean and fresh. The staff was all friendly and helpful. would definitely stay again.

My wife, 2 children (ages 3yo and 10 months), and myself are traveling home to Collierville, TN from a wonderful trip to beautiful Destin, FL. We have stopped in Meridian, MS, tue half-way point, to spend the night and let our babies rest from the road trip. We were a little miffed that there was no indoor pool, fridge, or microwave, but it's only one night so we could deal. However, when you're woken up at 3am by your spouse to slaughter, literally, an army of ants marching through the bathroom and into your room - I can't deal with that. So I've now gone to the lobby and got a new room (4am now:) and a refund, moved our sleeping children and all of our luggage to the new "ant-free" room, and I'm going to attempt to sleep (and stop itching)! You can bet we won't be staying for breakfast.
