I love Bob Dylan and had to go here when we were in Hibbing. The memorabilia is done well and I would go back for a drink but never to eat again.
We ate there on 8/1/10 and I don't know if I have ever had a worse piece of meat. Overall I would have to say it was a big disappointment.

Teenager Bobby Zimmerman hitchhiked out of Hibbing in 1960 and resurfaced in Greenwich Village as Bob Dylan. Zimmy's is one of the few sites in Hibbing that celebrate their native son. Dylan fans will love the posters, photos and memorabilia that cover the walls in the bar and two dining rooms. The food is pretty good, too -- my wife had a basic burger and fries for $8 and I had walleye with Montreal spices for $15. Service was prompt and attentive. Dining area features big, airy spaces with lots of windows. There is an outdoor patio, too. We had a great time there.

I'm not a Bob Dylan nut, but this place will certainly appeal to his fans. In addition to the memorabilia, they have great food! The web site makes it appear more upsale than it is. It's casual and the service is relaxed, but attentive.
