This is the 2nd time we have stayed here while visiting relatives at Thanksgiving. The rooms are clean and nicely appointed with down comforters. The free breakfast is awesome with eggs, biscuits and gravy and waffles plus cereal and good coffee. Staff is friendly. Lobby has nice seating area with books and games. This is an excellent value, especially if you are traveling with kids.

My wife and I stayed at this location as a gift from our neighbors while we were attending the Cavalia performance in St. Louis Park. This location was up to the high standards of other Country Inn and Suites by Carlson that we have stayed at in the past around the Country. Friendly staff, convenient location, clean facility, and an outstanding free hot breakfast. They even had corned beef hash which I am found of but don't remember ever being offered that at any other hotel.

Stayed at this Hotel Celebrating my Friends Last Night of Singledom. Very Friendly Staff at the Front Desk, Couldn't be more accomodating. We opted for the $5 Upgrade option, it was a nice room but not overly big.

Hotel had a great feel and Aura. Breakfast was great, didn't get the chance to hit the pool but I'm sure that was great was great too

This hotel is an older Country Inn that is extremely well kept. The front desk area as well as the breakfast area are smaller than newer Country Inns. The breakfast buffet line is in a straight line and congested. The food offerings appeared slightly less than typical Country Inns, however they had great topping add-ons that we have not seen at other hotels. (strawberries & powdered sugar for the waffles, blueberries and packet "topping" for the oatmeal, eggs with the biscuits etc) The waffle batter was much better than typical. Great breakfast! Small pool but a larger than average hot tub. The wall paper in the rooms & bathroom was a little dated as was the bathroom vanity. However, the vanity area was nice sized. The room was very clean except for the dust on the lamps and one of the bedspreads appeared to have some hot chocolate spilled on it. The bed spreads were nice and the beds were comfortable - firm. We had a plugged toilet and maintence was VERY quick to come and fix the situation. The maintance, front desk and maids were all very friendly.

This is a great hotel compared to other hotels in the Brooklynn Center area. Our rate was fantastic. However, we stayed at the Brooklynn Center Embassy Suites last month and appreciated that the Embassy Suitea has free shuttle service to the dome and Target Field. We inquired of the Country Inn and they do not shuttle to those areas.
