We stayed @ this hotel for 2 days in Sept. The breakfast was great. Good variety from low fat yogurt to sausage & eggs. Fresh. The customer service reps @ the desk went up & beyond for us. They picked me up @ the mall after I finished shopping. They have a free shuttle service. After I got back to the room they told me they would take me to get a movie if I wanted. I just loved this part. I had my own independence. Beds were very comfortable & clean. All the amenities u need. Close to everything like shopping malls, restaurants etc.

Upon checking it I was immediately recognized as a Priority Club Member, which was impressive considering I haven't stayed in one of there hotels in a while and the staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and neat; my husband kept commenting on the new carpet smell. The beds were very comfortable and they had both firm and soft pillows (identified by monogramed pillow cases) which for me was wonderful for me as most hotel pillows are way to soft by my standards. The pool area was beautiful! In addition, the pool used salt chlorination instead of typical chlorine so the room didn't have that overwhelming chemical smell nor did you after you swam. The free breakfast was wonderful and had a large selection to appease even the picky eaters in our family. As were we there for a MSU football game, they offered free shut service to and from the game which was wonderful.

We'd definately stay here again!

When I checked in the staff was just wonderful. The room was very clean and only negative would be it smelled a little musty (do to air was on). The pool area had plenty of towels and was very clean. The breakfast had a very large selection. Would stay at this hotel again!

The signage for this place was not that great; I wasn't sure where the front desk was and drove around the buildings a bit. Maybe I just came in from the wrong direction. It seemed to take a long time to get checked in because the only staff was on the phone. Then they couldn't meet my request of where I wanted my room, maybe it was too late in the day for that. I think it was maybe 6 or 7. The room was clean and the hotel was nice. They had a breakfast buffet and I liked that they had hard boiled eggs.
