Made reservations online for the Victorian Hall Bed and Breakfast (associated with Laurium across the street, but Victorian is a little bit cheaper). The front desk is at Laurium, so when we arrived to check in, they informed us that we were the only people scheduled to stay there that night so they upgraded us to a room in Victorian, free of charge! We had the opportunity to tour the Victorian later, and it was gorgeous. A little smaller than Laurium, but the building seemed in fantastic condition, and was decorated beautifully. Guests at the Victorian can walk across the street to Laurium for breakfast, which was hot, tasty, and plentiful.

Not sure if the ghost stories are true. :-)
