This was a great hotel for our one night before an early flight from Lansing Capital City Airport. Free Happy Hour (enough to eat that we decided that was all we needed for supper). We did not eat breakfast due to such an early flight. The room was a 2 room suite and generously sized. Complimentary, safe parking while traveling and a seamless shuttle bus to and from the airport. We would stay there again. It is almost less expensive to park and fly than pay airport parking!

Stayed here for one night (on a CP reward night) after arriving into the Lansing Airport late at night. The night attendant was very welcoming, checked us in quickly and professionally, and even gave us an upgrade to a complimentary cooked breakfast (normally $4/person) rather than the standard continental breakfast.

The room was great, spacious and comfortable. The sitting area was nice, and the two double beds were great for a good night's sleep. The room was showing its age, but had been nicely kept up and (recently?) refurbished, with new flat screen TVs and fairly new furniture. Only downsides were low water pressure, and the deadbolt was having issues, but not really a problem for the night.

Breakfast was great, the chef is really fun and enthusiastic!

Enjoyable stay overall. Highly recommend.

Some girlfriends and I spent the night this past weekend for a girls night out. We always stay at this hotel because of its location and the price is right. We always look forward to seeing Tom (the cook) but he was out ill. The other cook was very nice and the rest of the staff were nice as well. The manager on duty was so welcoming to us and everyone else who was at the hotel. The room itself is not so great, although we do like the fact that it is a suite. We really like the happy hour and the atriuim as we play cards and have drinks. We also enjoyed the hot breakfast as usual. We will be back!!

Stayed here with a convention group and LOVED it. The room was a lovely, very clean, spacious 2 room suite. We wound up with a handicap room so our bathroom was very large.

The front desk staff were helpful and accomodating. The location of the hote,l as has been mentioned, was great for local dining and shopping options as it was close to the Lansing Mall. They have a little store on property with microwaveable meals among the offerings if you don't want to go out to eat. They also offer a happy hour with a couple of snacks and free wine, beer and soft drinks in the evening in their lovely indoor courtyard What a treat!


We had the hot breakfast and enjoyed it. What they offered that day was bacon, sausage, eggs, hashbrowns and a casserole. You can have this with the continental or the continental by itself which was nice with fresh cut fruit, cereal, danish, breads, muffins, bagels and the waffle machines. Soda options were available at breakfast as well as the normal juice, coffee and mik. Tom and Jojo who served breakfast were wonderful and certainly add a nice start to your day! Kudos to the Quality Suites for having such great staff.

The only issue we had was there was a wedding going on in their common area one evening and it was quite noisy for those trying to get to sleep early. The outer living room part of the suite was the worst but better if we shut the door between that room and the bedroom.

We plan to stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it.
