Very clean, comfortable rooms. Wonderful free breakfast. Great coffee. Front desk very helpful. Located near many restaurants.

This hotel was very clean, staff well trained and helpful, rooms were very comfortable and the bed was nice. Room included a free breakfast which exceeded our expectations. I recommend this hotel withour reservation for business or pleasure travel

I recommended this hotel to my extended family for our family reunion. I deeply regret it, it is now 2:15 in the morning. Another family reunion is going on here now, and that family is still up partying, slamming doors, smoking in the nonsmoking hotel, and I have made hourly calls to the staff, who seems unable to deal with this situation. I normally enjoy consistently good service and comfort at Marriotts, but tonight this location is out of control. I could never recommend anyone coming here and having to deal with this again.

We stayed one night that ended up costing double the price. All seemed to be fine as we left on our checkout and we returned home. A few days later Springhill Suites charged our credit card for an additional $140.00. When we called to find out why there was an additional charge, we were accused of stealing a comforter and two pillows. WHICH WE DID NOT TAKE. We tried to work this out with the staff but they would not budge an inch. The operations manager (Chris) claimed that he checked over all the rooms including ours and those items where there prior to our stay and when we left they were gone. Perhaps one of your staff took them Chris, perhaps you where hung over when you did your so called "review of rooms" and you missed it. However they will not remove the charges because it's their word against ours. So what a pleasant outcome to our stay, and we WILL NEVER RETURN to this establishment. We are Marriott Elite reward members and this is how they treated us. Book wisely, it may cost you more than you think.
