When I stayed here the first room I got, was not cleaned, and you could tell know one attempted to clean it. Second room there was no towels, and bed was not cleaned, saw a cigarette, butt in the sheets. Talked to maneger after all this, and they did not offer any discount.

Price was fair for 4 rooms. I had my youth group in lansing for a youth conf. & asked for adjoining rms.( didn't get) asked for non smoking rms. Rooms had no smoking signs on doors but had ashtrays in all rooms & all smelt like ashtrays too & cigerette burns on bathtub. Blankets & bedspreads were dirty & gross. My room looked like it hadn't been clean in several days. I don't think many people spend the night...if you catch my meaning.

The bed was comfortable enough & shower had good pressure & hot. If your looking for cheap & don't care about clean & noise from parking lot your probably ok with this one.

Good location, that's it. $35.99 plus tax. The room was clean enough but nothing special. Wanted a fridge and microwave, but that's another $6 per night! Internet $3 per night. Moving to another hotel next week

Stayed here one night on business. To be honest wasnt expecting much, and I wasnt disappointed. The room was relatively clean,but it is bare bones, not even a clock. the room I was in had a strange smell, couldnt put my finger on it.
Bed was comfortable enough, and had a good nights sleep.
