On the positive side, this hotel is in a prime location if you're there to shop at the outlets and are only staying one or two nights. However, the price isn't even that great, considering we stayed a better hotel (Fairfield Inn) for a cheaper price. Another con is that we could hardly sleep with the noise of barking dogs (this hotel accepts pets). Also, this hotel wasn't the most appealing with outdated decor and the smell of dogs in the hallway. If we were in the area again, we would definitely stay at a different hotel.

My husband and I stayed in December, 2011 and this was our second stay at this hotel. It's very convenient to the outlet mall and a clean, well run motel. The beds were comfortable and the room was large. Would definitely not hesitate to stay again next year.

We recently stayed here to do some shopping at the Birch Run outlets. Overall, good value for your money. The hotel is about 5 minutes from the outlet mall which is great after a day of shopping. We checked in and had reserved a room with 2 beds non-smoking. We got to the room and it was one queen bed. When we went back to reception, the lady at the desk apologized and gave us a family room at no extra charge (had a fridge and microwave which was nice).. that's good customer service! The hall to our room smelled a little bit of smoke, but the room did not at all which was a relief. The room was very clean, and it was very nice and quiet. The breakfast was okay (donuts, toast, bagels, cereal, fruit), but for the price we were not complaining. I would definitely stay here again.

spent one night there while shopping with friends at Birch Run. The location is great and can't be beat. It was the cheapest hotel in the area for this weekend. The room was good size yet were worn and showed their age.The carpet could be updated as it was thin and looked like indoor/outdoor carpeting. however the room was clean. The bed was a small queen and you need to ask for more pillows as they were very thin.The breakfast in the am was not that great and I have definately had better continental breakfasts.i would stay there again but it was not worth the price we had to pay. I guess you are paying for the area.
