Friendly and helpful front desk help. Good value breakfast with waffles, egg burritos, yogurt. Pool and hot tub. Right next to Birch Run outlets. Free wi-fi was nice, not always great signal, but it worked.
Got a great price on Priceline. For what I paid I got excellent value.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Spent 3 days in Birch Run/Frankenmuth after Christmas to relax and shop. I booked 2 suites at the Best Western for a good rate and was not disappointed. These rooms are very nice and feature a jacuzzi tub, electric fireplace and large king beds. Rooms were clean and had free wi-fi. I recommend the suites on the bottom floor as they have a better lay out. The hotel has a nice reception area with a small restaurant/bar for drinks and dinner in the evening. Front desk was very helpful when we asked to change our room for the 2nd night to be closer to my parents on the first floor. Only thing we did not like was the choice of breakfast items, which seemed very limited for a hot breakfast and virtually identical every day. Aside from this, we would stay again next year if we got a similar rate.

If they ever try and give you in the back building, grab your bags and RUN!!! The place should be demolished.

This hotel was better then I expected, however I do feel the price was a little high. The hotel was booked the weekend we stayed, all Frankenmuth tourists! I thought the "hot" breakfast was a little lacking, but it did do the trick, nice waffle bar!
Small bathroom is really the only compliant I had with the room. It was clean, in order and a good place to rest our heads. Hallways smelled fresh, not like the average "hotel" smell. Parking was good, we stayed in a 2 bedroom room that had indoor and outdoor access with a view of the courtyard. For being a family friendly hotel, it sure was quiet! I was impressed!
