Extended Stay America is definitely value for money and a safe destination for a stopover although I stayed there for much more than just a stop over. Professional and dependable staff. Quite a few good restaurants around apart form the McD's right in front of the hotel makes you forgive Extended Stay Amarica , tewksbury for not having a restaurant of its own.

Although its far from the city or for that case any important place by at least 5 miles, the picturesque location makes for it.

You can cook here and that's an advantage, but they clean your room only once a week if you stay for a longer time, but if you pay something per day they do it daily as well. 1 More important thing, if you don't have a car and you don't want to travel by private cabs then don't stay here...specially in winters!!!

This is the second time we have stayed here. The staff is friendly, the room is exactly what it is supposed to be. Yes at suppertime you smell what everyone is having for dinner, and yes you better bring your own shampoo. This isn't the Ritz-Carlton. When you travel for business as we do Extended Stay is our choice. We never stay at a location for less than 2 weeks. We will be back! Happy New Year!!

Place was dirty.... went into the bathroom and there were sparse hairs on the floor, bathtub, and toilet seat. Maybe the cleaning staff didn't put much effort in cleaning that day? Also, make sure to bring your own shampoos, conditioner, as the hotel doesn't provide these. Overall, this place suited its purpose...had a place to rest and slept fairly well, I was just disappointed in the appearance of the room for $100/night.

Reading the reviews on this hotel I was feeling good about my choice - however upon check in I was so disappointed that we asked for a refund and stayed elsewhere that night. The hallways smelled like a bad food court from all the different meals being cooked up, families were hanging out in the elevator landings with their children running up and down the halls, and several men were also hanging about the hallways – which made my coworker very uncomfortable about her safety. The rooms smelled smoky, even though they were labeled non-smoking. No hairdryers, shampoos, or other basic features you would expect in an all-suite hotel chain were in the rooms. We didn’t even unpack, just checked out and stayed elsewhere.
