We have stayed here during the past several years and it keeps getting better. The owners continue to work hard at updating. Everything in the room works! Fresh homemade muffins as well as cereral, juice and coffee are a nice touch! Exceptionally clean!

Good place to sleep, easy drive to beaches on bay or outer Cape. Room was small but very clean. Owners very pleasant and friendly. Close to food and shopping.

I was not sure about staying in a motel... but I must say the place was spotless. The rooms were a bit outdated, but clean and freshly painted. The staff was super nice and accommodating. Breakfast was warm made out of the box muffins, coffee and juice. The owners have a lot of pride in the place and it is obvious they want your business... Nothing wrong with that!

They could use an extra lock on the doors, rather than just the deadbolt. I felt it was slightly overpriced, but it is the Cape. When we were there we noticed many seniors-- who seemed to be enjoying them selves.
