I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions while travelling on business during the past three years. This year, their back (primary) parking lot lacked the lighting I remember from the past; although the single room was tidy, housekeeping really needs to replace the pillows whose unwashed odor was unsettling to say the least. Housekeeping made the bed in the morning but left no new toiletries and no new bath towels. All of these factors combined sounds like an attempt to save money on guest amenities.
