I've stayed here twice now for work, and I am not impressed! This is the worst off all the Hampton Inn's I've ever stayed at. The rooms, hallways, and elevator smell like smoke, even in the nonsmoking rooms. My bathtub was old and skeevy. I got ripped off in not one, not 2, but 3 soda machines one after another - you could literally die of thirst trying to get a bottle of water in this place. The exercise room is a joke. The elliptical machine is just there for show, as there is no actual working ramp or resistance on it. Not just once, but BOTH times I've stayed here, I've had multiple issues with my room keys working, either blocking me from accessing my room or the pool/fitness facilities. This is a real nightmare when lugging around a suitcase and a week's worth of supplies up 3 flights, only to find your key doesn't work. As this hotel seems popular for business stays, mini fridges in the room would be a real help. I had to throw out over $40 worth of groceries that I had bought for my lunches/drinks for the week upon discovering there was no fridge. The iron was so difficult to find that I went without for 3 before discovering it in a hidden closet that I mistook for a wall mirror. My only plus is that my air conditioner worked exceptionally well.
