“Great Service”

I love this hotel! From the beginning to end of my stay, the service was topnotch. I was picked up at the metro station promptly by a friendly young lady. I asked her for a pizza recommendation and when I got to the front desk, they were waiting for me with a menu from the pizza place. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Waffles, pancakes, eggs, fruit, hash browns with onions and peppers, bacon, etc. At the checkout, more friendly people including one gentlemen wearing a Baltimore Orioles hat who gave me a Oriole baseball schedule. Next time in Rockville, this is where I'm staying.

“good value”

We booked a one bedroom executive suite for a very reasonable price compared to other area hotels. The bed was comfortable,but a bit high for short people. Any time we requested service the response was very quick. The breakfast was good and the coffee was delicous. The sofa in the living room was a bit stiff and could have used some throw pillows to soften it The location was very convenient.

“If this is a plus I dont want to see a regular Best Western”

Arrived at 11pm was told that the king room I reserved wasnt available so was given a double next to the a/c units at a higher rate? Lousy breakfast...room itself not too bad, no closet rather a very small armoire...you definitely get what you pay for at this property

We do take all guest requests seriously. As with any hotel, sometimes people do not check out when they are scheduled to, throwing off availabilities for certain room types. It would be hard to beat the Best Western Plus in Rockville for great location (just off the highway), comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast included. Excellent staff members and outstanding shuttle driver who made you feel that it was his privilege to help you.

Room Tip: Be sure to make use of the shuttle if you're going out to eat.
