This is a great location. Within walking distance is the Arundel Mills mall with lots to do and some top-notch shopping. My big advice would be NOT to get a room near the elevator. Around 3:00 a.m. a stand-by buzzer for the elevator began to emit a loud, sporadic, but unrelenting noise that shook the wall behind our headboard. It took a while for us to figure out what it was because you couldn't hear it in the hallway. At around 4:10 I called the front desk and asked about the noise. We were told it would be taken care of and at 4:30, it finally went off. Then, at 5:30 it started up again. Impossible to sleep.

If we were in a different room without the sound issue, we'd have loved it. Comfortable, clean room, lovely grounds, fully stocked kitchenette. I wasn't happy with the position of the television, to the side of the bed, but that's a personal preference. I have a bad neck and turning to the side is uncomfortable for me.

The breakfast buffet was very nice and the staff were accommodating. Good fruit salad, Belgian Waffles you make yourself, and a decent oatmeal with toppings plus a selection of cereals. Overall, a very convenient location, comfortable room, and decent value; just stay away from the elevators.

Really liked this hotel. The best part was walking in the front door and seeing a sign mentioning I was "guest of the day". I received some chocolate and a nice letter. It was just a nice touch after a long day of traveling. The hotel also was very clean, provided food and refreshments in the evening and the rooms were very spacious with free wifi. Location also very nice across from a mall. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice property, plush room and great kitcken features. Very healthy options for the complimentary continental breakfast. But watch out for the refrigerated sausage, egg, & cheese biscuit. Staff very nice and ready to help. Convenient to BWI and city of Baltimore.

Stayed in a 2-bedroom suite, then moved to a 1-bedroom suite. Everything was very clean and beautifully decorated. Complimentary breakfast, internet connection and laundry. Suites come with kitchenette complete with cookery and utensils. 2-bedroom suite even has a baking oven. There's also a mini gym with treadmills and a swimming pool. Friendly staffs and excellent service for a really really attractive price especially if staying for more than 30 days. Arundel Mills Mall is within walking distance and this mall is filled with factory outlet stores, even a movie theater. Airport is like, 10 to 15 minutes away.
