Staff is friendly and hotel is pretty clean. My only complaint was the yellow hot water coming out from the sink and shower. When I called the front desk, their response was to just let it run longer. Running the hot water longer did not change the color of the water. Ended up having to take a cold shower since that was the only way to get clear water. For $135 a night at a Hampton, I expect clean water. I typically stay at Hilton properties when I travel for work, but would most likely stay somewhere else next time.

I am saddened to read the negative comments that are listed here. Everytime I stay at the hotel I am treated very well. It is a newer hotel and very clean, the rooms are large and well appointed, and a nice Hampton Inn Breakfast! I have been here three or four times over the past two years and have always been treated VERY well. I lalways look forward to me visits to this hotel and WILL be back.

I to after driving 6hours in the rain was not satisfied. The front desk clerk was not professional at all. She got angry with me because I was not understanding her. I am from Maine and I will never stop there again. She pissed me off and ruined my night.

After driving eight hours, ended up with nothing I had asked for. I had requested a certain kind of room- which I was told was unavailable after checking in- instead my husband had to sleep on the floor!!
The woman at the front desk was awful- telling me we could leave if we didn't like it- stay anywhere but there!!
