We stayed at this hotel while shopping at the outlet mall. The location was great (only a mile and a half to the outlets) and the price was the lowest around. For $69 a night I wasn't expecting very much. The room was large and clean with a view of the front where we parked our car. There is no elevator which is kind of strange and the hallways are quite dark and kind of creepy. The breakfast was fine with all the usual things available. The desk clerk that was on duty when we checked in gave us a coupon for Warrens' Lobster house after we inquired as to how far it was. $10 off $30 was a really pleasant surprise on a restaurant that we had decided to go to anyway. The lady in the morning when we checked out was very pleasant. My only complaint was that when I tried to find the switch for the lamp, I stuck my finger into an empty socket! Fortunately, the lamp was turned off or I would have been zapped. The desk clerk said the problem would be taken care of, but really this should never happen in the first place.

We've stayed here twice in the past year, the second time just last week. We had a little trouble finding it from the interstate (take Exit 2 off 95), but we were given a lovely, clean, spacious room with 2 queen beds. I'm not sure why we've had such great rooms both times, but the front desk has been helpful, the lobby is clean and handsome, the food is an expanded continental, and our rooms have been clean and upscale both times. The room was also quiet (which can be a huge problem if you can hear people in other rooms or the hallway). Maybe they've started upgrading and we've been lucky both times; but I would definitely send friends here. It's very close to 95 and the Kittery outlets.

The Ramada chain should revoke their affiliation with this hotel ,,thee is a stench in the accommodations ,, the hotel features dirty carpets ,, unkept lobby area ,,uninviting front desk , and the staff is careless

My husband and I stayed here for one night while traveling to Bar Harbor. There was nobody here, the room we had had two dining room type chairs and one was broken. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean enough, not sure why they didn't put us in a better room. The breakfast was okay, the juice isn't real fruit juice. I would stay here again in a pinch for a night but not if I was traveling by myself. It's real close to the Kittery shops but nothing close enough to walk to like a place to eat. I would not stay here on vacation! Oh and if you see a good price online book it there because they won't give you the online price.
