We just got back from a wonderful, rejuvenating and centering time at Nurture through Nature. Jen and Raja are so thoughtful about how to create a luxurious yet bare bones experience. Nothing is wasted, yet we had everything we needed. The hikes on property were tremendously beautiful. The wild blueberries were delicious and abundant. The compost toilet was truly a work of art. I wish we could have stayed longer. Our little 11-month-old loved swinging in the hammock, licking (yes, licking!) the tree bark, and taking long naps on our back in the Ergo as we carried him through the magical woods. A MUST DO: taking dips in the crystal clear mountain streams underneath the moss-covered rocks and waterfalls. Truly, one of the most beautiful places I have ever been - and I felt like I was a part of it, as we were making our own food and composting all our waste. Solar energy was the only electricity. It was completely in keeping with our values, and a total recharge of energy. Also, I had a massage in the yoga room which was amazing. Wish I was still there now! GO GO GO GO GO. You'll be so glad you did.
