“Luxurious escape, convenient to Maine attractions.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 21 August 2010

Perfection! Delightful small town. Wonderful lobster pound and iconic restaurants. Welcoming, sumptuous accomodations with gourmet breakfast. We used this as a break from sailboat living. Perfect distance between Brunswick and Bar Harbor. Hosts will pick you up from the harbor and usher you to a chance for warm showers, a comfortable night's sleep and a bit of respite from the sea.On Friday nights , Belfast hosts an art gallery walk.

“Beautiful inn, wonderful hospitality, and a relaxed atmosphere”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 August 2010

We had a wonderful stay at the White House Inn. The house is beautiful and inviting, and Diana and Santiago made us feel at home. Located in downtown Belfast, it was a short drive over to Young's Lobster Pound, where we ate outside at sunset. Breakfast the next day was served around our schedule, and the food was delicious! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer! It was a great place to stop and rest on our way to Acadia National Park.

“A fantastic experience!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 August 2010

The White House is a fantastic inn. We fell in love with the place and its owners as soon as we found it. My wife and I ended up getting married there several years ago. They helped us put on the most magnificent wedding, going above and beyond to make the event just perfect. We will always hold this inn well above anywhere else we have ever stayed. I can't recommend it enough. And the breakfast are to die for.

“Don't Miss This Fabulous Experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 August 2010

Diana and Santiago Rich are the perfect innkeepers - charming, warm, engaging, funny, and great cooks! Every detail was elegant, from the positioning of the chocolates and the bathroom goodies, to the place settings at breakfast. We have already told friends about The White House Inn in Belfast Maine. The house is historic and gorgeous! The ambiance provided by the delightful innkeepers rivals any place we have traveled. Don't miss The White House Inn!

“Luxury living in Belfast, Maine”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 August 2010

We've been visiting Belfast on day trips for years, but this year we decided to spend several days here. Our choice of The White House B&B was especially fortuitous; it is a lavishly decorated Greek Revival mansion owned and operated by a couple that makes you feel right at home. Diana and Sandy Rich were very welcoming and accomodating, and served unique gourmet Breakfasts daily that will hold you until dinner . This is a five-star experience within the rustic villages of Mid-Coast Maine. Short day trips to places like Camden, Rockland and Rockport are very short distances from Belfast. The White House B&B is a well kept secret that should not be missed.
