This hotel was very clean with a friendly staff. It has a shuttle to nearby MSY airport but you hardly hear the planes. It's like a Courtyard Junior, with similar amenities and services, such as an exercise room and small outdoor pool. The complimentary breakfast was nothing special but had the usuals for these hotels. The TV remote was a little slow for the low def TV. There are a Starbucks, Wal-Mart, and Home Depot within a mile. It's also an easy drive to and from I-10. I'd rate it as an excellent value for a 3-star hotel.

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. When attempting to print boarding passes there was a computer error. The general manager noticed on his own and allowed me to use his office computer. He went out of his way without any request from me.
Every staff memeber was friendly and cheery and the location is very convenient to the airport.

Hotel is very close to the airport however I can't really remember hearing much airplane traffic. The room was nice, nothing special but it was what I expected from this brand of hotel. The hotel business center was well stocked and I was able to take care of some printing needs while I was there. The front desk staff was very friendly and there is a small bar in the lobby also. The morning breakfest was ok, if you are really hungry I would recommend going out for breakfest though.

Have stayed at this property a couple times while visiting family and keep coming back. This time this was the host hotel for our team. Perfect facility. Clean and updated rooms. Complimentary business center, gym, hot breakfast and laundry facility. As well as a helpful staff.
