“nightmare”

room stank, customer service is horrid. the front desk clerk sounded like she dropped out of school in 3rd grade. she was unprofessional, smacked on gum the entire time, and had dandruff falling all over her shoulders. BLANKETS DIRTY. there was an actual NOODLE and dried cheese on the blanket. large group of mexicans loitering outside, drinking and smoking and being loud. looked like a bunch of brown rapists. would NOT EVER stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone.

“horrible customer service!”

My husband stayed at this hotel on a sat. night. He checked in at 9 pm and out at 7 am due to the terrible state of the room and the rude and unproffesional staff. When he called me around 8:30 am to tell me how everything had been i was very upset. I have worked in the hospitality industry for many years, and this is truely a blackmark on the word
"hospitality". He was checked into a room, which was conveiniantly there last, that had no locks, wet paint, an empty whiskey bottle on the night stand, had not been cleaned, plus many more things, and the front desk attendent refused to give a discount. I called the hotel after hearing this and spoke with the same person whe had checked him in and out. I asked for a manager of some kind, she claimed to be the assistant mgr. I said she could help me. I told her what he told me and she started screaming at me. She told me she was sick and tired of "us" thinking we know every [---] thing and called me a [---] over and over. I asked if there were cameras at the desk and she said there were so i told her "then your manager will be able to see what all you are saying to me" and she said "be glad your not standing in front of me you [----]!" and hung up on me. I am going to do everything i can to get a full refund now. This is truely the worst experience i have ever heard of from a "Guest Services Attendent", as the front desk likes to be called.

  • Liked — nothing, terrible hotel
  • Disliked — terrible customer service, front desk employee was screaming and cussing!

“No Sleep”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 October 2006

This hotel placed us in a room surrounded by oil exploration employees. The crew had another 30 rooms. From 5am (on a Sunday) until 8am they were yelling and laughing back and forth as they left for work. No sleep for us as we didn't go to bed until 1am. Add to that the fact that the 'non-smoking' room reeked of smoke, and you have an all around miserable stay.

We apologize for your stay. The oil exploration workers that do stay with do leave early for work in the morning and having such a large number of them leave for once may cause some noise which we have little control over, but never mischief. We strive to provide you with the very best customer service and quality.
