well upon entering the nasty little office i was greeted by a nasty little man name tony he was short and rude i was given a room in a adjacent building when i entered roachs ran everywhere i went down to get my money and he said there were no refunds he then advised me he was the owner and if i did not like it ther was nothing i could do so i left and will never return to that forsakin place

This was the worst stay i have ever had at a hotel, there were cracks in the bottom of the walls in the room, the sink & toilet were both nasty, the shower did not produce any hot water & also the shower had cracks in it to, there were roaches crawling around on the wall & when i went to the front desk & let them know this the girl told that they had just sprayed the hotel & that there wer roaches in everyone room. the only good thing was that this hotel was in walking distant for food & anyhting else that you need. address is 3304 bardstown, road
