In a place with few choices, the Best Western in Lawrenceburg is a nice, dependable place to stay. We've stayed a number of times at all times of year and always find it clean, quiet and well-kept.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool is a nice escape in the summer. The staff is always nice (after all, it's Kentucky!)
We've stayed in regular rooms and suites and found both very nice. The suite does give you more room to stretch out - including a dining area with small refrigerator, microwave and counter space. The suites also have a private bedroom,
I saw one review criticizing the bedding -- we disagree. We've always found the bedding very comfortable. The sleeper sofa is not as comfortable, but then again, it's a sleeper sofa!
The continental breakfast is really good with a variety of fresh pastries, cereals, fruits and juices. There's also a waffle maker for hot, fresh waffles. (The kids especially loved this!)
Is it reasonably priced? Yes.
Will we stay again? Absolutely.

My wife and I stayed here during the week before Xmas. Parking lot was clean. Lobby was nice and neat and the room was very nice. The price seemed a bit steep considering there wasn't many people staying there, but they were the best option in the small town.

This hotel looks new, clean, and safe. ...which is how they get you.

Our beds were hard as rocks... absolutely cruelly uncomfortable. Clearly whoever is running the place doesn't care. Look for an alternative.

This hotel looks beautiful from the front, is okay on the inside, but don't go to the pool. In one word...gross! The pump wasn't running. The water was cloudy and there were so many dead bugs, it was ridiculous. My husband grabbed a pool net that was laying around and tried scooping the bugs out. Not one time after 15 minutes of scooping did the net come up clean. I started to walk in the water and saw him scooping up so many bugs that I said I'd pass on a swim. Shame, because it was hot too and we'd been walking outside. The rooms are okay, but there is no microwave or mini fridge, just a coffee maker. The continental breakfast was okay, a little skimpy though. I think next time we are in Kentucky to do The Bourbon Trail we will just stay in a different town.
