Stopped here as a tired traveler. Chose HI because my rewards program. Glad I did. Very nice place, clean, convenient. A little road noise from the interstate, but that is to be expected for the location. Manager was polite, friendly and even recommended a nice place to eat. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I stay at this HI Express frequently and have for the past 3 years. It is the best run HI Express in the country. I'm not sure where Mitch60750 is coming from but I have never encountered a problem with bed bugs (or any other sanitation or pest problem). The hotel is always clean, neat. I find this property to be nicer and better maintained than most higher end hotels. The staff is efficient, attentive and courteous.

This is a new hotel, clean, smells fresh, nice lobby, nice pool, good work out facility. Will stay here again. I would recommend this to anyone. Much better than Hampton Inn next door.

I have been staying at the Hilton Inn in Bowling Green KY for a few years now. I travel often and stay mostly at the higher end hotels, or so I thought. They were booked for this particular trip. I fell upon this Holiday Inn in Franklin, as a last minute change was needed. Wow is all I can say. Not at all what you would expect for the rate. Very clean, friendly staff (Santosh) and they are near good restaurants. Very convenient and nowhere near the Hilton prices. Just extended two more nights. I will be back.

For the extra 15 minute drive, this is well worth the price !
