and better than average room. Found this hotel to be as I'd expected; super location, (had been traveling the Longest Yard Sale, (located right on 127), good breakfast, service was OK, bed was great, and the room was better than average. I book for value moreso than comfort when I stay at a hotel; Hampton doesn't dissapoint, You'll not be disappointed here.

We stay at Hamptons a lot, and this one is pretty much typical of the chain.

We Liked - The front desk was efficient and helpful. The hotel is convenient to I-64. The bed was not to close to the A/C unit. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable, although a little soft for my taste. The shower was great with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was typical Hampton which included a hot entree each morning. Parking was not a problem.

Things to Improve - The location was near I-64, but was in a very congested retail area. Keep your eyes open for traffic moving in all directions. There is only one computer for guest use and it is in the open next to the check-in desk. There was no fridge in the room and no vent fan in the bathroom.

All in all, we would stay here again if we return to Frankfurt.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn as part of a block of rooms reserved for a wedding. The experience was exactly the type you would want. No hassles, clean rooms and bathrooms, great breakfast and a great place for the family to gather in the mornings. We had a couple of additional requests (we traveled with small children) that the hotel staff was able to grant, and they did so with smiles and understanding (I was at the desk for more pillows at 3am to keep the toddler from hitting the floor the next time he flailed out of bed). Good overall experience. It's not the Ritz, but the combination of location, service, and value made this a great stay for us.

First off, Let me say I stayed here sept 20/2010 on a buisness trip, I was extremely comfortable, and very happy, with everything, including the 84.00 price. The reason for the mixed review is just 6 days later on a SUNDAY night I went to check in again. The clerk told me yes they had a room, but it was a "little" more than when I stayed earlier in the week.
