I am actually staying at the Hampton Inn this week. My wife got ill during our trip and while just asking for directions to a local pharmacy the staff at this hotel inquired about our stay and if there was anything special they could help with. I had several things on my 'to do' list that were going to go incomplete so I could attend to my wife.

They offered to help with everything. I got directions on the best route to accomplish my to do list. The hotel's team took care of my wife while I was out to include running for medicine, making her soup, and ensuring she had everything she needed.

They have made it feel like we are their ONLY guests, but the hotel has been sold out all week. Thank you Hampton...you have a loayl guest for life.

The entire stay started off horrible, we missed our turn twice and had to get back on the highway. The Hampton Inn sign is not clearly visible from the road! Check-in was a breeze or so we thought. We collected our bags, took the elevator, get to our room only to find out that our room keys don't work. After a few seconds of trying both keys the door was opened by an older gentleman who was already occupying the room! We go back down stairs and were given a new room. The blinds in this room only opened 1/3 of the way up the window, so much for natural light on a beautiful day! But then at 5am on a Saturday morning we were awaken by loud dump trucks outside of our window. An hour or so later and the sunlight was pouring into our room. There were no blockout drapes or curtains of any kind! The breakfast was a joke with artificial scrambled eggs, concentrated juices and watery waffle mix that made horrible tasteless waffles. Fortunately it was only a 1-night stay!!!! I've never stayed at a Hampton Inn and I never will again!!!

If you're looking for an airport area hotel, this one does it right. Very comfortable room, nicely updated, and very comfortable bed for good sleep! Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. A major plus is they have an outdoor pool with lounge chairs if you have time to enjoy it. There are MANY restaurants within walking distance of this hotel, nice variety. They do offer a complimentary breakfast and the one at this hotel exceeded my expectations. Very nice variety, I look forward to a return stay.

We spent the night here because it was a good stopping point around Cincinnati. The rooms were clean and our room must have been updated since some of the other reviews here. Two small annoyances....one person couldn't get to the closet if another was sitting at the desk and in order to get daylight into the room one had to open the blinds which meant all privacy was lost.

This was a middle-aged Hampton Inn...not as nice as new ones but nicer than some of the older ones.
