Smelled horrible. Ashes, broken glass, kids straw, and a half can of beer- all beside the beds. Pubic hair in tub. Food and drink particles all over the walls. Floor wasn't swept. Roaches in the hallway. Asked for room to be cleaned and they refused. Had to go to store to purchase cleaning supplies and clean room myself. Dryer didn't work. Paid to run it 4 cycles and it still wasn't dry. Ended up hanging all our clothes up to dry. Air nor heat worked. But WORST of all BED BUGS!!!!!! Upon check in we were told by the clerk there were no bed bug out breaks. Then 2 days later we questioned the housekeeper in the hallway who informed us that she had only been working there 3 weeks and they had to shut down 6 rooms completely and are having multiple outbreaks on every floor. The next night we found a bed bug and complained to the clerk who said they would only put us in another room. What good would that do?! The only extra money we had was used on cleaners, clothes, and so on, so we had no money left with no where to go WITH A 10 MONTH OLD BABY BOY and an 11 year old little girl. The last night there I had a bug on my back and my husband had one on his stomach and another in the bed. That was it for us. Needless to say we packed up and stayed with family the remainder of our vacation. After of course having to treat everything again. We paid for 7 days. On day 5 after we were fed up and asked for a refund on the last 2 nights the clerk said she would refund up to $12. We paid more than triple that. Immediately we called the corporate office and explained and was informed that there was already a case filed under our name. Apparently the clerk tried to beat us to the punch in complaining but they failed to realize that we kept the evidence and had the housekeeper as a witness. Corporate was no help. Was told it could take days. It may cost a little more to stay somewhere else but it defanitely would have been worth it by the time you consider the overall cost it can have on you. Luckily we don't have to treat our home but I pity those who took unwelcome guests home with them. WILL NEVER STAY AT RAMADA AGAIN!!

I had a reservation for 1 night stay at this Ramada location. Worst trip I've ever experienced!!!! When we arrived we were very concerned just from the looks of the outside of the building. It appeared to be aged and ran down. When we went inside to check in a strong odor of urine/filthiness hit us in the face. I used the ladies restroom in the lobby and it was dirty. I sat on the toilet seat and it slid off as it was broke. The front desk staff was not rude but they were not overly friendly either. No thank yous, or welcomes were said. We were pressed for time so thought we would check the room out. I requested a non smoking room but it smelled of smoke and just had an over all bad stinch. The carpet was dirty, along with the fridge and microwave. I didnt even bother checking the bathroom out. The only light that worked was in the bathroom, none of the lights by the bed worked or even the alarm clock. The "on site Mexican restraunt" is not even open, its closed completely down. We left and didnt go back. I called them back this morning and the refused to give my money back, so I placed a call to the corporate office to file my complaint. Trust these reviews, they do not exaggerate!!!!!!

Worst hotel ever. Checked into room and the bathroom floor was filthy. Sunflower seeds and hairs on the floor and bathtub. Coffee maker had coffee filter and water left from last guest. Asked for new room and it was slightly better. Pool was full of green water. Had this not been pre-paid I would have left and stayed somewhere else. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose on priceline.com. I definetly lost this time. If you have a choice, don't stay here!

I am a frequent guest to the florence area and have stayed in this hotel a few times before. First, don't expect too much...I swapped rooms after 1 night because my room had no water pressure, the second room had a bed bug infestation. Needless to say I cancelled my next reservation and will not stay here again. The management did not seem to care.
