Our stay at your hotel is always a very wonderful stay , all staff and management is always friendly and very helpful, we would recommend everyone to stay with bestwestern danville, it is always very clean , cozy , comfortable with friendly service, they always make us feel right at home. want to say thankyou for the excellent service and hospitality you provide, good job keep up the good work. we will return. Staff was friendly and courteous. However, we had an issue at checkout that required speaking to manager. Well, after his rants and threats, he hung up on my wife,called back to front desk and threatened his desk clerk. Steer clear of this place. It is starting to get a little run down and management is terrible. TWO THUMBS DOWN!

A planned two night stay quickly became one night. Although the welcome was friendly enough, the rest of the staff acted as though we had interrupted a family gathering; perhaps we had come across the same party that was commented upon by a reviewer in a posting from last year? One has to accept the sharing of facilities with other guests, but this was taking it to another level Shouting and swearing and dominating the entire pool and lobby area is one thing, but having to share the pool with a dog is entirely unacceptable. There were also security and safety issues at this property, a fire door permanently held open and the ajacent exit door insecure. The room,although spacious, was tatty with large burn holes in the bed cover, and the hotel guide contained only pages one and eighteen, so one was unable to read the essential safety information that the guide should contain. My advice would be to travel on to the next traffic lights ( Daniel I think?) and book in at the excellent Hampton Inn and Suites where, for $10 more, an entirely different hotel experience can be enjoyed.

Stayed with the family. They did have a mediocre breakfast bar. Beds were small and uncorfortable.
