Reserved a room with kitchenette. Upon arrival, the front desk clerk showed me three different rooms and I upgraded to a jacuzzi room.. All three rooms were clean, modern, and no problem at all with odors as reported. They had a lovely New Year's presentation in the rooms, to include a cake, champagne, noisemakers, a candle and lovely room spray. It was very nice, and the bed was marvelous. It was a great choice, and I would stay there again. The front desk assistance was terrific, and very friendly.

The front desk employees were rude. The manager was rude. They overcharge you and treat you like a common thief. I would never ever visit this place again! The rooms smelled musty and like cigarette smoke.

I asked for non-smoking room well the rooms around it were smoking and their smoke came through the bathroom vent into my room. I told the front desk about the problem their answer was to ask for the 3rd floor next time I come in, no appologies no action no next time. I would give this a rating of one but the bed was nice and the room was clean.

Breakfast was excellent and room was clean and attractive. Front desk service was very slow. Computer in business center wouldn't go to most normal websites:( The exercise room was closed and this was the main reason we selected this hotel over other hotels in the area.
