Well I arrived at this odd hotel as a stopping point on a drive to Mississippi it looked like an average comfort inn on the outside, I didn't expect much and honestly didn't get much either. The lobby area was crowded full of people at almost every chair chatting and yes....smoking (im not sure if such practice is allowed but there was some going on anyways). The hotel is located off a frontage road in a unincorporated community with some fast food restaurants and gas stations. It's certainly not the ideal location but the staff does a good job keeping the grounds in nice shape. Anyways im straying from the topic a little now, I ended a booking a 2 queen bed room as they were out of non-smoking kings. I proceeded up a flight of stairs to my room and thats when I took notice of this hotels decor.

The second floor literally looked like an old mental hospital, there were old faded exit signs, old crusty decorations and worst of all old doorways like you would see in a hospital that sections off different wards. The lighting was dim and uninviting, and there was a strong perfume smell adrift. I proceeded to enter my room which was much nicer then the hallway adjacent to it. The bed was bit lumpy for my tastes (hence my sleep wasn't the best) but the linens were all fresh and pressed in a very nice manner. Standard T.V. Service was included, I can't remember is there was a microwave/refrigerator by I hypothesis there probably was. The bathroom was spotless, and the Air Conditioning was wonderful in the sweltering southern heat. The price was right, for the room and it was a well needed rest.

Overall its good for a stopping point but if you plan on staying in this area for an extended period find something else.

Room was clean, well-appointed. Tons of satellite tv stations. Bed very comfortable. Staff very friendly and responsive (emailed my receipt when I had forgotton to get one). Breakfast spread was good, though not much hot variety. Free in-room High speed interent worked very well.

I was relocated to the Benton, KY area and stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suirtes for several months. I always found the staff to be freindly and always willing to lend a hand. They made me feel right at home. The rooms I stayed in were always very clean and comfortable.

Stayed at this Comfort Inn in late May. We reserved a mini suite, which had a microwave and mini-refrigerator. Room was clean, bedding was attractive and appeared fairly new. Bed was very comfortable. There was also a sleeper sofa and large leather chair which provided an alternative to just sitting on the beds or the desk chairs, so that was very nice. We had a problem with the refrigerator getting cold---it took a full 24 hours to chill down. Management said they did not have any spares to replace it, but after the first day it was fine. Housekeeping was a little inconsistent in that they replaced the used bath towels (4 per day) with 2 each day only and never did replace the bath mat. Also they did not replace the coffee packs. We had to call down each day for these items. Management was very responsive and friendly, though, and got the items to us very quickly. As this hotel is closest to relatives we visit, I would definitely stay there again.
