We just spent 2 nights at this campground while we visited nearby Mammoth Caves National Park, and were very pleased. We were camping with a pop-up trailer and 3 teenage children. The sites were spacious and well-spaced. We were there during the week and the campground was very quiet and serene. There seemed to be mostly families camping there, with very few big rig RVs. My one complaint was that there is no temperature control in the showers... it is a push button, automatic stop , and the water only lasted 20-30 seconds before you had to push the button again. As it was extremely hot and humid while we were there, I really wanted a nice cold shower, but couldn't change the water temp. Minor inconvenience.
