I've stayed at a lot of Days Inns and counted on their good reputation in this case. The hotel was older and the room was rundown (broken tile in bathrooms, stained/moldy shower, paint peeling off the bathroom walls). The room was filthy as well....found a used condom under one of the beds when looking for my phone. Even the pool was a rundown mess, small as it was. The continental breakfast was so poor that we decided to go to McDonalds the 2nd day. The only redeeming factor was that the staff was trying really hard to do a great job - they just didn't have anything to work with. Shame on this independent operator.

Overpowering mold smell in the lobby, and the same smell in the room. Water damage evidenced on pealing ceiling. Didn't eat the continental breakfast due to the mold smell. Staff was friendly, but I would never stay there again as medical reports of mold states adverse health effects..

This hotel was the worst we have ever stayed in!
The room was not clean. The bathtub was permenently stained. There were stains on the bedspread.
Lights were dim.
Paint on walls was very sloppy making it feel very cheap and obviously the management pays no attention to detail.
The manager on duty the morning we left spent most of his time smoking outside the office door.
We do not recommend the hotel to anyone.

Stay in your car before checking into this one! We rented four rooms for a family reunion. 1.) We had to request a different room as it "stunk" so bad. 2.) We found dirty sheets (I don't even want to tell you what was found) and bloody wash cloths (they did "comp" the room for one night). 3.) The swimming pool was permanently closed. 4.) The rooms and check in area needed to be painted and new carpet installed. 5.) Rooms looked out over a warehouse with barbed wire and were close to railroad so we got listen to the trains. 6.) The check out forms were hard to understand. 7.) I could go on, but I think you get the idea! I wish I had read your reviews before staying here!
