If you are wanting to book rooms for your upcoming wedding RUN AWAY NOW! This is the worst experience I have ever had with any hotel ever. The management and desk staff are not only unprofessional, they simply do not care about their jobs or the hotel customers. After they gave away my reserved rooms and I went in to address the situation, the desk clerks simply said there we're no more rooms to give me. 1 month later I get my credit card bill and the rooms that were given to other customer still had MY credit card information on the reservations so I was CHARGED over $350. for rooms we did not have. We did had to get rooms at another hotel and pay for those rooms, so I now have over $700. in room charges for a one night hotel stay. The hotel says that the staff did not get card info from the guests the rooms we're given to and they have no contact information so it is MY LOSS.
-And while I'm standing at the desk trying to get things taken care of the lady is having me "hold on" for her while she takes calls from her boyfriend so that he can bring her the right kind of SODA she wants!
