Ok, first of all, we arrived at 3:45p to check-in. After a 50 minute wait in line, the clerk informs me our room is not ready, that was paid for in advance! An additional 65 mintues goes by and still no room!! I return to the line to see what is the hold-up. Now, they are trying to give me a cheap breakfast coupon to pacify for my wait. By the way, I was not the only person that they did this way. We finally get to our room at 5:50pm. The room was disappointing and the bed was HORRIBLE!! The mattress was concaved and the springs were protruding from the edge of the mattress. For the rates they are charging you would think you would have had a five star stay, NOT! I have no complaints about the water park, it was great. My suggestion would be, you stay somewhere else and just get passes for the Water Park and save your body the aches & pains of there beds..

I am glad to hear that you had no complaints about our waterpark, but I’m sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with your room.
I appreciate the feedback and it will be used to make improvements to the lodge to make it a greater place for our guests.
As for the issue of price, you will find our pricing comparable to other resorts of similar size and nature. A one-night stay at Great Wolf offers two-days worth of time in the indoor waterpark, because waterpark admission is included in the cost of the stay. The price is comparable to four single day tickets to a regional theme park or one two-day pass to a popular Orlando attraction.
I hope that you and your family will visit us again in the future.
