When arriving to the hotel, the front desk clerk wasn't very informative of anything in the hotel. Upon check out and looking at the web site had I found out about any sort of breakfast. When asking any questions, the gentleman was very lathergic, as if my questions were naive and "self-explanitory." Going up to my room, the housekeeper was still inside cleaning the room, so obviously I had been checked in to a room that wasn't clean, yet, nor was it very clean when the housekeeper decided to just leave, instead of allowing me to go check for a different room. The "television" in the room was the size of my netbook laptop and didn't even work. The day before I was supposed to leave, a housekeeper barged in to my room demanding I leave and that check out was "hours" ago, to which I told her I was to check out the next day and not that day. Instead of apologizing, she rolled her eyes and left the room. That very same day, I extended my stay by one extra night, but apparently no one informed anyone of that, so the following day I got the same treament from the housekeeping staff, but at least this housekeeper was polite enough to bang on my door as though I were in the room causing all sorts of loud disturbances. Before I could even dressed appropriately to answer the door, the housekeeper just let her in. I told the front desk about this, and even contacted the hotel a few months later in hopes of a higher management figure to sort the issue out, but nothing was done to compensate my stay--even an apology would have been appreciated. Every friend of mine that goes to Kansas looking for somewhere affordable to stay, I tell them to stay FAR AWAY from this property. I'm hoping by now that there's a new staff and things run like a hotel that is supposed to take care of their guests like it's supposed to.
