New, nicely decorated and very clean. Staff was very nice. Breakfast very good too, especially the waffles. Always fresh cookies at the front desk.

Great time at this hotel, staff very pleasant, and we were planning to return as it is close to our daughter's home. All changed on our last morning there of a 3 night stay. $100 Chi hair iron was missing. Unpacked 3 times thinking one of us had packed it. No Chi. Looked everywhere in room. No Chi. Checked in car although none of us remembered taking it to car. No Chi. Reported loss to front desk staff person who was very pleasant but not particularly interested in solving this problem. Spoke to head of housekeeping who said she would speak with person who cleaned our room. No results. Spoke to hotel staff member again this morning, after returning home, and hear that they have not found it and 'are not sure it was ever there'. What is this implication? Evidently, it is that customers lie and say they brought something they didn't. Contacted the corporate office and they sent us an email asking us to take a survey and said they had forwarded our concerns to the hotel. Have not heard from anyone since. Very unhappy with their lack of concern. If you stay here, be sure to guard ALL your possessions, even the ones that are dismissed as insignificant by the hotel staff.

I had such a GREAT experience at this motel over the Christmas holiday (and 10 inch snow storm) Their service was above and beyond for my family. The staff there was so very helpful, tried to take the motel van and get me to my families house in the snow, took care of my room and things when I couldn't get back to the room that night. I would reccommend this motel with NO reservations about suggesting you stay there. What a clean, friendly place. And in the summer time it is located by so many things to do and see in KC, Ks. So if you're going to the race track, Legends, or what ever up North on I-35, stay at the Country Inn & Suites 1805 N. 110th Street. You WILL be pleased!

My company hosted a meeting at Country Inn & Suites. We could not have been more pleased. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. The Conference Room was the ideal size for our group of 35 attendees. The breakfast was fabulous and quite extensive. The courtesy van to Legends in Village West was convenient to take our group to dinner at Wild Bill's where we dared our group leader to ride the mechanical bull after dessert. Everyone in attendance had nothing but glowing remarks about the guestrooms and amenities. The beds were sooooo comfortable. We will be back for our next meeting and plan to return often.
