Over New Years Eve we stayed at this very full hotel. I reserved my room the day before. I was traveling from Minneapolis to NM. They were very courteous at check in and when we left. The pool and hot tub got a little full, but was to be expected for NYE. Always enjoy a CI&S breakfast. The room was pretty big and always appreciate their microwave and coffeemaker.

The part that sticks out best for me was when i had been on the road for over an hour, I realized I didn't have a small pouch money. I thought I had left it in my room. They were extremely busy, and it took a few calls to get a hold of housekeeping, but the head of housekeeping checked the room for me before any of her staff cleaned it. She didn't find it and eventually I did with my carfull, but I was very thankful for their effort!

We stayed here last weekend for my brother in laws wedding, rented about 10 hotel rooms. We were pleased with the staff, the breakfast, and the accomodations. Everything was GREAT. About the only rude people I came across were other guests. Updated, modern, clean.. I would definitely stay here again. And thanks to the staff for putting up with our late nights hanging out in the breakfast area so we could spend time with our family and friends.

We stayed here Oct. 7th-9th for Nascar weekend. Everything was great, just like it was in June. They were very well prepared for the busy weekend and did whatever they could to make our stay a positive experience. The gals that worked the front desk the whole weekend were fantastic as well. Always going above and beyond to make our stay fantastic.
