I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone! Let me first say that I am in no way a hotel snob. I have stayed in very nice hotels to totally outdated ones. I am really only looking for good service and a clean room.

We took our kids (14, 4 and 10 months) down to the pool only to find there were no towels. No biggie. Hubby and I walked to the front desk to let them know and ask for towels. The man at the desk handed us 2. Since there are 5 of us I asked him for 3 more. He said that he could not do that. Needless to say, I was not happy and kept insisting on 3 more. He kept refusing. Now, every hotel I have ever been in offers towels to the guests. During that conversation he stated that there was no housekeeping staff there and he could not give me towels. How are we supposed to swim if there are no towels? He finally gave in and gave me the additional 3 towels but only after us asking for our money back so we could go to a different hotel. Once we did get to the pool, it was terribly cold...so cold that our 4 year old boy did not want to get in. The hot tub was also out of order and had been for some time. Dissapointment for our kids and us.

The room was a bit outdated but no big deal for us. All I need is clean. Clean it was not. There were hairs (7-8) in the bathtub that were not ours. The towel bar was missing but the rusty hangars for it were still sticking out of the wall. There was a coffee maker but they only had one package of creamer/sugar. The ironing board was broken and could not be used. The iron itself had red gunk stuck to it. Good thing I packed my own. Much of the metal surfaces were rusty and old.

Overall the service was terrible and the room was unclean. I would have changed hotels but could not find another since the college's graduation was that weekend. I can't believe that TripAdvisor would have this listed as #4. Please stay somewhere else!

The rooms are inadequate, the staff is incredibly unhelpful, housekeeping shows up about 3pm causing someone that has been at work since 5am to come back to a dirty room then deal with someone in your space when you are trying to unwind, clean up for dinner etc. It was very loud, very hard to get actual sleep and the internet had a very poor connection. The title says the rest.

I’ve stayed at this place a number of times before. Tonight it’s because I’m coming in on and leaving on the toll road and this is one of the closest motels. I’ve been making it a point to ask at all motels to be close to the WiFi. So for the first time since I’ve started staying here I got a room that faces the pool / indoors. All other rooms I’ve been in have opened to the outside.

This room looks like a suite and has been well kept up. My last review commented that this motel is showing it’s age. The motel is, this room is not. It seems larger than the others and has doors that could open in to both adjacent rooms. I don’t think I have ever seen that before, anywhere.

The door to the sink area is double glass doors, when another door that goes into the toilet / shower area. Everything is clean, room is warm and quiet. It’s all I need. I’ve also posted pictures.

I could not find the place when I drove into town about midnight. I called the front desk, and a gentleman answered right away and I got good directions. Very helpful and friendly night desk clerk. The place is well maintained and the room was nice and clean. I was near the pool area. The only disappointment was that the hot tub was out of service. I went to breakfast and it was good. Bacon, egg, pancake and coffee. Simple and delicious, for about $5.
