This property has been well-maintained, the beds are good, shower great and H/AC newish. Restaurant is a social gathering place for locals, food is very good and everyone is so darned helpful. The gal at the desk offered to mail our paperwork on her way home from work if we missed the mailman. Adequate parking for bigrigs and small pets accepted with small fee. Oh yeah Wal-mart is next door! Cute downtown nearby with lots of shops to explore.

Large rooms, micro & ref, quiet and effective ac. Pleasant and accomodating staff.
Park at unit door for easy unloading. Breakfast in restaurant which is on property is not included but their prices are moderate and on this stay the service was outstanding.

Not bad for a budget motel. This is an older motel but the rooms were clean and had been updated at some point. The room had a refrigerator & microwave. There was enough room to set up the pack and play for our baby to sleep in. The beds were a little uncomfortable as they are in most all motels/hotels. Double D's Restaurant attached to the motel has a great breakfast.

For some reason hotels in south east Kansas just seem to thank they are worth an extraordinary large price. This is a very old run down hotel. It is clean and the rooms are comfortable; however, the shower and sinks have low pressure. The internet signal is weak and there are very few outlets not being used. Also the lighting is very poor. Would recommend only if staying one night and traveling otherwise hit the Super 8 across the street it is newer, cleaner and you don't have to leave the building to get breakfast.
