M y jod requires alot of travel, I recently stayed there in this motel. Istayed there about a week, and my wife sent me a very important package to me in the us mail. But becouse i did not inform the desk clerk, that i was expecting a package it was returned. they cost me $17 in shipping and did not even seem the least bit worried.So if you stay there and want mail wait till you get home.

This place had lacked some common courtesies with their personel. I stayed down the street at some lesser hotel the next night (I think it was called the Sunset Motel). The hotel was not as pleasant but their help was very nice and they had a nice continental breakfast in their little office.
My job requires a great deal of travel. I have over 20 years experience. The past weekend my daughter was married and some of our family elected to stay at the Best Western Red Coach Inn in El Dorado. The facilities are clean and the food is O.K. but the service was the poorest I've every experienced at almost every level and opportunity. Service is NOT a priority at this motel. After a few family members were treated rudely at their call to register word got out and the rest of the family elected to stay at hotels/motels in Wichita. This motel lost business for the weekend and lost business at future stays for all Best Westerns.
