We had planned on getting a motel south of Omaha on I-29. Problem is, there are no major chains all the way to Percival. So, we wound up at America's Value, next to a truck stop and a Super 8.
We had never stayed at America's Value and found the rooms modern and a good value @. $89.92 with an AARP discount (they discount for numerous memberships). There was even an indoor pool.
An issue did come-up with a dirty room, but the clerk on the front desk was friendly and eager to get us a new room. She said that we were not the first to complain about the housekeeping and that they had some new hires in that department.. She said she would have the issues addressed.
The owners of the hotel also own the truck stop and restaurant next door (Sapp's), and they offered 10% off your tab for food and 5 cents off each gallon of gas by showing your card key.

Just like the title says. Nice rooms, good indoor pool for the kids, quiet, clean, good value. The Super 8 nearby looks poor, as it's right next to busy truck stop.

This facility is very nice. The proprietors are business like and friendly.

There weren't any negatives. The price was reasonable, the beds were comfortable, the pool was clean and refreshing.

I would love to return to this facility.

We were visiting friends in small town Iowa and saw the ABVI sign off the Interstate. The motel was clean, had a comfortable king bed and the rates were very reasonable. My husband enjoyed the swimming pool and excercise equipment and I took advantage of the guest washer and dryer. A free continental breakfast was offered, but we opted for a full 'Iowa'
breakfast at the restaurant across the drive from the motel. All in all, a very pleasant experience.
