Not great, not bad. Reasonably priced compared to others in the area. I stayed there 2 nights in Nov. 2004 because I couldn't get a room closer to my destination (Dyersville-BIG toy show). The staff was friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The room was showing some age, but was clean. Everything worked okay. My biggest complaint was with housekeeping. They were a little stingy with the supplies (I used the same small soap and shampoo for three days). Overall, pretty much a "you get what you pay for" experience-no deal breakers.
