No complaints here. Excellent pool facilities. Water actually warm!! Rooms big and clean. Staff very friendly, even when they had to work on Thanksgiving.

This place has the most comfortable beds of any hotel chain in this category. It was some sort of pillow top memory foam. They have fridges in the very large rooms and free hot breakfast with bacon and eggs in the morning. Top notch hotel.

My family and I had an unexpected stay over in Portage and choose to stay at the Country Inn & Suites. We loved the hotel. Our kids thought the kiddie pool was amazing and could not get enough of it. The chocolate chip cookies were to die for!

The staff was really nice from check in to check out. The breakfast lady was very helpful and her food was really nice.

We will come back if ever back in the Portage area.

We spent two nights here enjoying the king suite with our family. A totally separate bedroom with a king bed offers privacy for two, plus there were 2 twin beds in the living area. The suite also had a game table, TV, microwave and refrigerator. Delicious fresh baked cookies were available night and day at the front desk and there was a lending library in the lobby (if you don't finish the book, bring it back next time). A delicious breakfast is included each morning. The best part for us, however, was the pool area. Not only is there a large conventional pool, there is a whirpool and kiddie pool. The frog slide was a hit with the grandchildren!
