Located well, clean and safe, I enjoyed my stay at this Super 8. Only knocks were from wear and tear. Linen was thin and worn, building showed wear, thin walls allowed noise to flow.

No kidding. This is a great hotel. We have not stayed at super 8 b4 but needed close to Verizon Music Center that also accepted pets. We were very happy with the size, cleanliness, and beds in our room. The pool is small but clean. Breakfast was plentiful and left up for awhile.

After reserving on Priceline 2 months earlier, I was disappointed to open my hotel room to find only one bed, when I had reserved a 2-bed room. The desk staff basically told me that they were all booked up, and that "online preferences are not guaranteed" although no one bothered to tell me this ahead of time. When I contacted Priceline, they must have put a fire under someone, because 5 minutes later, a 2-bed room magically appeared. We changed rooms, and had a pretty decent experience after that.

The front staff isn't completely knowledgeable. They were unable to recommend a single cab company in the area. However, after doing some research on my own, I found several online (Red Carpet Cab is GREAT--affordable rates, American owned, fast pickup times, friendly and professional--we used them for the duration of our stay). (Don't use the yellow pages in the room--useless.)

The rooms are in need of renovation. However, our second room was clean. The linens were fresh and the beds were comfortable. There wasn't a lot of water pressure in the shower, but the water was warm and the bathroom was clean, so not too many complaints there. The wireless internet was great. The pool was warm and clean, although I didn't use it. The A/C worked great, though several TV channels did not work. Two of our lamps also did not work.

The proximity to the Verizon Amphitheatre and the low price made this hotel a very good decision for my friends and I. Also, the many local eateries and even a couple of bars made our stay lots better.

Overall, a good value for the price.

Ckecked in early and the desk staff was very accommodating. Location was nice because we had many options to eat. Rooms were clean and very comfortable.
