Very nice people working the hotel under difficult circumstances due to a football weekend for Notre Dame. There was absolutely no hot or even warm water in the shower in the morning, and we had a junior suite that faced towards the pool. The pool has a ton of chlorine in it, which made the ahlls smell. Breakfast spread is what you would expect, packaged muffins, bagels and frozen waffles, it was fine. Junior suite is a bed, sofa, tv, microwave and refrigerator with the sink right there and a small bathroom. It was a fair deal for the money.

From the dirty stairsteps to the black mold, this was not a pleasant hotel. The rooms were adequate, but the bathroom was very small. The service was okay.

We stopped here on a road trip, not knowing the hotel or the chain. We didn't have any expectations, it was an inadvertent late-night stop at any hotel. Well, we were completely surprised by the hotel: clean with good quality bedding, towels and linens. Lovely pool, great poolside room and waffles for breakfast. So much quality for the price and perfect for a family with small children.

The hotel was surprisingly nice and newer than expected. I had a suite that was spacious and clean. I was expecting a cheaper lower quality room that I got (even though it was nearly 200$ a night). Service, however was lackluster. The hallways of the hotel are not air conditioned and were extremely hot in the summer. The room, on arrival, was also blazing hot, due to the fact they use cheap wall units instead of a thermostat controlled system. So the room was always hot or cold, and the wall units on high are loud (this would be my biggest complaint about the room, that they should upgrade a thermostat controlled room). Housekeeping didn't remove any of the room service food so upon returning to my room it was pretty smelly. The front desk weren't terribly friendly or helpful and the pool locks up at night. Overall, the room is pretty nice and spacious, but don't expect top not service that a higher end brand would provide at this price.
